Spirit Day Friday, August 30th!

Spirit day has gone nerdy (and don't forget your red and black too)!  A flyer will be coming home tomorrow afternoon about spirit day.   The class in each grade with the most participation will win an extra recess!

More MyOn changes

The District has now changed the MyOn passwords AGAIN.  This time to match the password as it was listed in the parent letters.  So the password should now be "123".  I apologize for the confusion!

Happy Friday everyone, I hope you all have a wonderful weekend!  This afternoon please be on the lookout for a picture day order form and September's Subway order form in your child's Friday Folder. 

Here are the dates:

Picture Day- Thursday, August 29th.
Subway orders- Payment DUE 8/26-8/28.

Please also remind your child to bring their Friday Folder back to school on Monday with your signature, it really helps us to avoid a scramble at the end of our day to get things organized.

Hello Parents!

I would just like to thank all of you who showed up for Open House/Back to School Night! If you were unable to attend I will be sending the information I discussed home in your child's Friday Folder today. If anyone is still interested in volunteering please let me know, I only have three people signed up to volunteer in the classroom and four people who are willing to bring items for class parties. Our year is going to be wonderful, and a major reason for our success will be your support! Thank you again!

This morning I e-mailed everyone with an attachment about ordering t-shirts. There are step by step directions for ordering if you are interested. If you have any questions please let me know.

Open House

Hello Parents,

Under the Announcements tab I have posted the date and time for Open House.  I look forward to seeing you all there!  At that time I will have volunteer sign up's available for anyone who is interested.  Have a great weekend!

Our First Two Days of School (by the students of Mrs. Warwick's class)

These are the fun things we did the first two days of school.  We learned about writing paragraphs and practiced by writing about our dream vacation.  Everywhere we went at school we made new friends.  Mrs. Warwick read Mrs. Piggle-Wiggle, First Day Jitters, and Have You Filled a Bucket Today.  Mrs. Warwick also taught us about the Star of the Week.  We got to meet our class pet Mr. Blue the beta fish and learn how to take care of him.  Everyone in class got to earn a Caught Ya Being Great ticket to go in to a drawing at the end of the week for a prize.  In math, we learned about making bar graphs and collected information on how we all went home.  Together we decided what our class values should be, and we made a poster of them to keep on the wall.  These are some of the things we did the first two days of school.  That is why we like Mrs. Warwick and we are excited for the rest of the year!
